Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods such as dog treats, chews, and food products, unless they arrive damaged or faulty
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
